A Giveaway for the Holidays!
Hi everyone! I've never done a giveaway on this blog before, but was thinking it would be the perfect time of year for a first. I'd like to thank all you lovelies for sticking by me through this crazy year. Even though I didn't manage to read as many books as I would have liked, there were still a few that really knocked my socks off. So, I'm offering your choice of one book from this list of my 5-star reads of 2013 -- I hope you'll find one you'll like as much as I did!
Giveaway open internationally (as long as the Book Depository ships to you) to entrants ages 18 and over. See full terms and conditions on the Rafflecopter. Ends December 18, 2013. This giveaway is not sponsored, I will be purchasing the prize myself.
P.S. Thank you to everyone who answered my poll about a Banned Books 2014 challenge and if you'd still like to weigh in, you can do so here.

Some excellent choices here! I think if I won I'd go for The Bookman's Tale but then City of Dark Magic looks good too.. No, I'll stick with my first choice! :-)
ReplyDeleteOo, a giveaway! This is festive :)
ReplyDeleteI've narrowed book choices down to The Secret Keeper and Weird Things Customers Say in Bookstores. It's hard to decide but maybe the latter one...
Some tough choices but I think I'd go with The Bookman's Tale.
ReplyDelete(Ha! I almost missed the entries for Goodreads because my eyes went right over it assuming it was Facebook. I don't use FB so I always miss those entries on giveaways, and I'm so used to leaving at least one option undone I didn't even see it.)
DeleteHard to pick just one...The Secret Keeper or City of Dark Magic
ReplyDeleteI'd choose Weird Things Customers Say in Bookstores by Jen Campbell =)
ReplyDeleteWeird Things Customers Say in Bookshops seems interesting.
ReplyDeletemaybe Weird Things Customers Say in Bookstores
ReplyDeleteI'd pick "The Secret Keeper" if I won. Thanks for the chance—glad I discovered your blog! :)
ReplyDeleteI'd choose City of Dark Magic, by Magnus Flyte
ReplyDeleteLetters from Skye. ;)

ReplyDeleteWeird Things Customers Say in Bookstores, by Jen Campbell
ReplyDeleteThis one sounds hilarious, and I believe that I--as a bookaholic myself--would enjoy it.
Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
ReplyDeleteFangirl isn't one of the available choices -- you'd have to choose one of the books listed above if you win, but thanks for stopping by & entering!
DeleteI would probably pick The Secret Keeper
ReplyDeleteThank you to everyone who has entered so far! It's so nice to see votes for all the different books :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure. Either Somebody Up There Hates You or Weird Things Customers Say in Bookstores. :)
ReplyDeleteChristine, because you know me so well I'm going to let you decide which book to send me if I win...it would be a great surprise! The only one I have read out of your choices is Weird Things Customers Say in Bookstores, which still makes me laugh thinking about it. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteIt would have been so fun to pick a book for you! You didn't win, BUT if I were to choose a book for you I think it would have been The City of Dark Magic :)
DeleteI would pick Somebody Up There Hates You. Sounds like a fun read! Thank you for the giveaway & happy holidays. :)
